The main action of pirarubicin is to directly embed between DNA double strands, inhibit DNA polymerase, and prevent nucleic acid formation. Pyrrolizumabicin is primarily an antitumor treatment and an antitumor antibacterial agent. Pirubicin is mainly used to treat a variety of tumors, including various types of breast cancer, bladder cancer, ureteral cancer, renal pelvis cancer, ovarian cancer, and cervical cancer. Patients may be treated with intravenous instillation or with bladder instillation. Pyridoxine needs to be used with caution in patients with heart disease during the use of this drug, and it may also have some effect on the reduction of urine output in the elderly. The drug also has some toxic side effects in pregnancy and needs to be used with caution in lactation, and its may lead to abnormal changes in electrocardiogram and liver and kidney functions.
