How to deal with a stuck leg

If there is a break in the soft tissue of the skin after the leg has been pressed, use clean cotton pads or dressings to bandage the wound and send it to the hospital immediately for treatment. If there is obvious deformation of the leg or longitudinal percussion pain, fracture is highly suspected, and the leg must be sent to the hospital immediately for local X-ray examination to rule out the possibility of fracture. If there is a fracture, it must be hospitalized, and emergency surgery should be done immediately to treat the fracture end, and then give wound debridement and suture. If there is no fracture, outpatient treatment is sufficient. Generally, the wound is washed out repeatedly with hydrogen peroxide, saline and povidone-iodine, the doctor gives local anesthesia, cuts out the necrotic tissue, and then sutures the wound. After the surgery, a tetanus shot must be given, and antibiotic treatment is applied appropriately according to the contamination of the wound.
