What causes soreness in the calves?

Calf belly refers to the rear side of the calf flounder muscle and gastrocnemius muscle, synthesized into the calf triceps muscle, the small triceps soreness may be due to strenuous exercise, ligament injury, varicose veins and other reasons. 1. Strenuous exercise: it may be due to the patient’s strenuous exercise, such as running, race walking and so on.
