APTT 44.91 is not serious.
The APTT, or activated partial thromboplastin time, is a screening test for the body’s response to the endogenous coagulation pathway. The normal value of activated partial thromboplastin time is 31 to 43 seconds, generally speaking, the test number of activated partial thromboplastin time is higher than the normal value of more than 7 seconds less than 10 seconds, that is to say, in 53 seconds or less there is generally very little spontaneous bleeding in the body, the value of activated partial thromboplastin is 44.91 seconds less than 53, so it is not considered serious.
Activated partial thromboplastin test number is more than 10 seconds higher than the normal value, that is, more than 53 seconds, prolonged can be seen in hemophilia, liver disease, oral anticoagulants, diffuse intravascular coagulation, large amounts of transfusion of stock blood, etc., the clinic may have spontaneous bleeding.
As each person’s physical condition is different, APTT44.91 should go to the hospital and be given by the doctor to determine the severity according to the individual’s specific condition.
