Ovarian cancer has the possibility of cure, and whether it can be cured is usually related to the stage as well as the treatment method. Some ovarian cancer patients can recover through active and effective treatment at the early stage of the disease and achieve clinical cure. In the early stage of ovarian cancer, the lesion is small, and when there is no peripheral or distant metastasis, the lesion can be removed through surgery, and some patients can be cured with auxiliary treatment after surgery. If the patient is found late, the ovarian cancer has reached advanced stage, with peripheral or distant metastasis, and the patient is in poor health condition, so the lesion cannot be completely removed by surgery, then the patient needs to be treated by chemotherapy. Cisplatin combined with paclitaxel can be used for chemotherapy, which is also effective in treating ovarian cancer. After ovarian cancer is cured, there is a possibility of recurrence and patients should undergo regular review.
