The thigh meat press pain may be related to the following reasons: 1. There may be some soft tissue damage to the thigh. If there is a direct violent blow to this area, there may be a hematoma in the muscle, which may cause pressure pain. If there is some pulling, twisting or other injury, it may cause muscle strain in the thigh, and then cause this pressure pain. 2, there may be excessive fatigue, such as the patient to do actions involving jumping, like squatting, frog jumping and so on, may cause muscle fatigue inside the thigh, and make a large amount of lactic acid deposition inside. The pain itself is obvious, and when pressed, the pain increases. 3, there may be vascular-related lesions, such as the presence of deep vein thrombosis, there may be swelling throughout the thigh or lower extremity, and when pressing the thigh, especially the inner part of the thigh root, there is obvious pressure pain. 4, this condition may also be due to occupying lesions within the thigh, such as in the occurrence of osteochondroma. For example, in the case of osteochondroma, there are often bony protrusions in the upper and lower thighs, that is, around the knee and hip joints, when pressed, and the patient may feel obvious pressure pain.
