There are two major types of B-cell lymphoma: one is Hodgkin’s lymphoma of B-cell origin and the other is non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of B-cell origin. For Hodgkin’s lymphoma of B-cell origin, the commonly used regimen is the ABVD regimen with chemotherapeutic agents including adriamycin, bleomycin, vincristine, and azulenemide. non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of B-cell origin includes diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, small cell lymphoma, set cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, and marginal zone lymphoma. For non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma of B-cell origin, the most commonly used chemotherapy regimen is the CHOP regimen, which includes vincristine, cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, and glucocorticoids. In addition, for CD20-positive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, the targeted drug melphalan can also be applied, with melphalan applied on the first day of treatment and the CHOP regimen chemotherapy on the second day.
