Difference between Patchouli Zhengqi Compound and Patchouli Zhengqi Water

Patchouli Zhengqi Compound and Patchouli Zhengqi Water are the same kind of proprietary Chinese medicine, with slight difference in preparation, but with the same efficacy and main treatment, please take them under the guidance of physician’s diagnosis.
They are composed of patchouli, perilla leaves, Angelica dahurica, thick park, abdominal skin, Fahanxia, Chenpi, atractylodes, etc. It has the effect of relieving exterior dampness (relieving exterior evils and dispelling internal dampness), regulating qi and neutralizing the middle (regulating the qi of the spleen and stomach to make the functions of the spleen and stomach smooth).
It can be used for colds and flu caused by wind-cold, internal dampness stagnation (stagnation of dampness in the body caused by overly cold diet) or summer dampness (the body is easily violated by summer heat and dampness in summer), with symptoms such as headache, heaviness, chest and diaphragm stuffiness, abdominal distension, vomiting and diarrhea; gastrointestinal colds and flu with the above symptoms.
Adverse reactions include skin rash, anaphylaxis, drunkenness, tachycardia, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, anaphylactic purpura, post-partum sweating, disulfiram-like reaction. Avoid smoking, alcohol and spicy, cold, greasy food, diet should be light. It is not advisable to take tonic Chinese medicine at the same time during the period of taking the medicine.
It should be noted that Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Shui cannot be taken at the same time when taking cephalosporins because it contains alcohol, but Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Compound can. The medication should be taken under the guidance of a physician, and should not be used on its own.
