Nasal endoscopy takes a few minutes

Nasal endoscopy takes about 2 minutes, and may take 3 minutes or more if the condition is complicated. Overall, nasal endoscopy is a relatively simple and rapid examination. Clinically, nasal endoscopy mostly chooses 0°, 30° and 70° nasal endoscopes to observe the nasal cavity and nasal passages, and it can observe the conditions of the nasal septum, lower nasal passages, middle nasal passages, olfactory fissure and other related parts, as well as the posterior nostrils and even the nasopharynx. Nasal endoscopy is able to visually examine the condition of the nasal mucosa, determine whether there is mucosal congestion and edema, determine whether there are new organisms in the nasal cavity, and determine whether there are abnormalities in the nasal anatomy, such as deviated septum, hooked hypertrophy and other related changes. Nasal endoscopy is performed with local anesthesia of the nasal cavity beforehand, so that there is no obvious pain during the operation, and there is no local bleeding, mucous membrane damage and other related manifestations.
