What causes backbone pain?

Lumbar bone pain may be caused by lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spine fracture and other diseases.
1. Lumbar muscle strain: lumbar muscle strain is mostly caused by cumulative, mechanical and chronic strain of lumbar muscles, fascia, ligaments and other soft tissues. Patients may experience recurrent lumbar pain radiating to the buttocks, which is aggravated by standing or twisting, and can be relieved after resting. Some patients may mistake it for lumbar pain.

3. Lumbar spine fracture: Lumbar spine fracture is usually caused by trauma, bone disease and other factors, mostly caused by direct or indirect violence. Patients may have pain in the lower back, pressure pain, limitation of lumbar activities, abdominal distension and other symptoms, manifested as lumbar bone pain.
