Is it okay to treat shallow anterior chamber with amiodarone eye drops?

Amiodarone eye drops for the treatment of shallow anterior chamber is not acceptable. Acute attacks of glaucoma occur due to lens dilatation, shallow anterior chamber and obstruction of intra-atrial aqueous flow, at which time the patient may experience eye pain, headache, discoloration, severe nausea, vomiting and a dramatic loss of vision. When glaucoma is detected, the dilated lens should be removed promptly or permanent blindness may result. Sodium Aminoiodide Eye Drops are effective in the treatment of cataract, in a few cases there is local irritation and increased secretion from the conjunctival sac after the drops, in general, the symptoms will be reduced or disappeared during the period of continuous use of the medication, but it is ineffective in lowering the intraocular pressure, for the treatment of shallow anterior chamber and glaucoma. Ophthalmic disease medication needs to follow the doctor’s prescription, avoid self-medication.
