Some patients may have digestive symptoms as the first symptom, such as mild nausea, fatigue, poor mental performance, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. In addition, neurological symptoms, such as headache, may be the first symptom. Therefore, a patient with diarrhea only and no history of exposure to an infected area is usually not suffering from novel coronavirus pneumonia.
