There is no such thing as the most liver-destroying drugs. Drugs that cause liver damage mainly include analgesic drugs, antibacterial drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, antitumor drugs, antituberculosis drugs and some Chinese medicines.
1. Analgesic drugs: common drugs include aspirin, acetaminophen, etc., which are mainly used to treat headaches, colds, joint pain, fever and other symptoms, but they have a greater impact on the function of the liver and can easily lead to liver damage.
2. Antibacterial drugs: such as macrolide antibiotics, antifungal drugs, etc., which may lead to liver function damage.
3. Lipid-lowering drugs: Commonly used drugs include simvastatin, resuvastatin, etc., which are commonly used to lower blood lipids, but can cause damage to the kidneys, liver, skeletal muscles, etc., leading to abnormal liver function.
4. Anti-tumor drugs: such as cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, fluorouracil, docetaxel, paclitaxel, commonly used in systemic intravenous chemotherapy of malignant tumors, which can easily induce liver damage.
5. Anti-tuberculosis drugs, such as pyrazinamide, ethambutol, rifampicin, lead to a high incidence of liver injury, can cause jaundice hepatitis and cirrhosis, and even liver failure.
6. Some traditional Chinese medicines, such as cloves, rhubarb, crocus sativus, smallpox pollen, etc., are likely to cause liver damage and kidney damage.
The above drugs are prohibited for those who are allergic to them, and all of them should be taken in accordance with the doctor’s instructions.
