You cannot abort a pregnancy on your own, you need to be seen by a regular hospital. If the month is small, you can take oral mifepristone combined with misoprostol for a medical abortion. If the month is larger, both spouses need to agree and bring a certificate of induced abortion with the official seal of family planning to the hospital for induced abortion. If there is no abnormality in the examination result, the abortion can be induced. You can take mifepristone orally for one day, and then perform intra-amniotic injection of estradiol, which usually responds within 72 hours, and if there is no response, you can perform intra-amniotic injection of estradiol again or induce labor with extra-amniotic fluid. If the cervical condition is mature, labor can be induced with a small dose of intrauterine contractions. In case of severe obstetric complications, such as severe preeclampsia, eclampsia, heart failure, etc., a cesarean section will be required.
