How to take progesterone to regulate menstruation

There are two main methods of taking progesterone to adjust menstruation: the first method is that the patient has a certain dose of estrogen in her body, and does not need to use it in conjunction with estrogen, but can simply use progesterone, seen in patients with luteal insufficiency or episodic menstrual disorders. In this case, the patient is to use progesterone after ovulation or after delayed menstruation for one week continuously, using 100mg twice a day is sufficient, and menstruation will occur within a week after stopping the medication. However, if a patient with luteal insufficiency has a pregnancy requirement, it is recommended that the patient keep taking it until the patient is sure that she is not pregnant before stopping it. The second method is that the patient’s body estrogen level is also abnormal and needs to be regulated with estrogen and progesterone cycles, choosing Tegretol and progesterone. Progesterone is taken for 21 days, and progesterone can be added in the second 6-7 days, i.e. when 6-7 days are left in the regimen, and is used twice a day at 100mg.
