Surgical considerations for patients with chicken breast

1.Pre-operative precautions In addition to routine blood, urine and electrocardiogram examinations before surgery, patients can have cardiopulmonary function tests to evaluate the impact of cocksucker’s chest on heart and lung function, and changes in heart and lung function before and after surgery.CT can more clearly indicate the severity of the deformity, the degree of heart and lung compression and other problems, and can detect whether other deformities are combined, such as precordial disease, scoliosis neurofibromatosis, Marfan syndrome, mucopolysaccharidosis, etc. To determine whether surgery should be performed at the same time and the possible postoperative complications. A comprehensive and correct diagnosis will help to determine whether surgery is appropriate and to choose the appropriate age and method of surgery. (1) Fasting, sedation, lying down, cardiac monitoring and nebulized aspiration on the day of surgery. Deep breathing exercises can be performed when awake. (2) The first day after surgery, you can eat, sit up and keep your upper body straight. (3) Strengthen respiratory physiotherapy to prevent and control respiratory tract infection. Apply intravenous antimicrobial prophylaxis. Expectorant medication can be used. (4) Keep the back straight after surgery, avoid bending and twisting the hip to prevent displacement of the brace. (5) No flexion, no rotation of the chest and waist, no rolling, and keep lying down for one week after surgery. It is better to have someone to assist when getting up from bed. (6) If the body temperature is normal and the wound is healing well, the patient can be discharged when he can walk without help in 5-7 days. Take a chest X-ray for review before discharge. (7) Postoperative pain relief with epidural block or intravenous analgesic pump. (8) If vomiting is present, fasting and decompression and intravenous fluid support may be used; laxatives may be used if constipation is present; it may be related to the use of analgesic pumps for pain relief.
