Shaohai acupoint is located at the midpoint of the line between the medial end of the transverse elbow stripe and the medial epicondyle of the humerus, and is taken by flexing the elbow. To take the point, first bend the elbow and then take the point at the depression of the ulnar head of the transverse stripe of the elbow. When bending the elbow at 90°, the depression at the medial end of the transverse elbow stripe is the Shaohai point. 2.
