The first step is to improve the local X-ray examination of the ulnar hawkbone fracture to initially determine the displacement of the fracture. If there is no obvious displacement, conservative treatment with cast fixation can be chosen. During the period of cast fixation, the main rehabilitation training is fist clenching training, and the other is the movement of shoulder joint. After the cast is removed, forearm rotation and elbow flexion and extension training can be performed gradually. If the ulnar hawkbone fracture is significantly displaced, surgical repositioning and internal fixation should be given in time after the local swelling subsides. Flexion and extension of the elbow joint, forearm rotation, fist clenching and wrist flexion and extension can be performed 3-5 days after surgery. The recovery time for ulnar hawkbone fracture is longer, usually at least 3 months. Elbow flexion and extension training should be done gradually and not too roughly.
