What are the remedies for fear of wind

Fear of wind, i.e. “bad wind”, can be divided into real and imaginary cases. The Chinese patent medicines for treating the solid evidence of bad wind include wind-cold and cold granules, while the deficiency evidence can be treated with Yupingfengsan. The use of medication should be under the guidance of a physician, and should not be taken on its own. Wind is the longest of all diseases, wind has the characteristics of upward, rising, attacking the surface of the muscle, easy to appear bad wind, sweating, fever and other symptoms. Wind-cold and cold granules are mainly composed of ephedra, Pueraria lobata, Perilla frutescens, Fenghuang, Gui Zhi, Angelica dahurica, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Bitter Almonds, Platycodon Grandiflorum, Licorice, Ginger and other traditional Chinese medicines, which can relieve the surface sweating and disperse wind and cold, and is mostly used for the symptoms of wind-cold cold, such as malignant wind. Note that it is not advisable to take tonic proprietary Chinese medicines at the same time during the period of taking the medicine, and it is not suitable for people with wind-heat colds. Jade Ping Feng San is mainly composed of Fang Feng, Astragalus and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, which can benefit Qi and consolidate the surface to stop sweating (stop sweating by consolidating the muscle surface), and is mostly used for spontaneous sweating due to deficiency of the surface (due to the weakness of the muscle surface and frequent sweating naturally), and malignant wind. Note that it should not be taken by people with external spontaneous sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, aggravated by the slightest movement of sweating) or night sweating due to yin deficiency (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up).
