The dangers of brushing your teeth three times a day

Brushing your teeth three times a day is a very good habit. If you brush your teeth in an improper way, it is possible to cause harm: first, it is easy to cause enamel defects in the cervical part of the teeth in the corner area, mainly related to the brushing force, and the direction of brushing. If the teeth are brushed horizontally in a pull-saw manner, there is a high risk of wedge-shaped defects. Secondly, if the teeth are not brushed properly, even if the teeth are brushed several times a day, there is still no way to effectively remove plaque. Third, if you brush too hard, it may lead to excessive enamel wear, which will form a deep depression on the surface of that tooth.
