A shadow on the uterus is probably something

If a shadow is found in the uterus by ultrasound, then clinically it is probably caused by the following diseases. Firstly, if there are uneven echoes in the submucosa, intermuscular wall of the uterus, or subplasma, then clinically it may be caused by uterine fibroids. Secondly, if cystic echoes are found in the myometrium, it is mostly due to adenomyosis. Thirdly, if there are abnormal echoes and shadows in the endometrium, they are mostly due to endometrial polyps or endometrial lesions. For example, endometrial inflammation, endometrial cancer and other diseases caused by the endometrium, it is recommended to take into account the specific situation, give appropriate treatment. If the fibroids are relatively small and asymptomatic, they can be checked regularly. If the shadow is caused by adenomyosis, it is often accompanied by dysmenorrhea, and can be treated with a menstrual ring. If there are lesions in the lining, diagnostic curettage is recommended.
