Breast cancer is getting younger

It is urgent to prevent and treat breast diseases. Half a month after the opening of the clinic, three young breast cancer patients were diagnosed in our department: one at the age of 27 and two at the age of 29. The incidence of breast cancer in Shanghai has increased by 37% in the past three years, especially in the age group of 30-54 years old, and breast cancer has become the “number one killer” threatening women’s health! Although the exact cause of breast cancer is not yet clear, it is generally believed that it is closely related to ovarian function, genetic factors, marriage and breastfeeding, so breast cancer mainly occurs in adult women after puberty, with 35-55 years old being the preferred age, accounting for about 75% of all patients. Women usually pay attention to the following points: 1. Maintain psychological balance: Women should learn to self-regulate and manage their emotions, and deal with interpersonal, family and marital disputes and emotional crises in a rational manner. Only mental comfort is conducive to psychological balance and physiological balance. 2.Control body obesity: Pregnancy and childbirth, after menopause should prevent obesity and maintain appropriate weight, which can reduce the risk of cancer. 3.Reasonable lifestyle: quit smoking and drinking (be wary of second-hand smoke), eat more yellow and green vegetables, fruits and vegetables, edible mushrooms and soybean products; consistently participate in sports and exercise and colorful recreational activities, get married no more than 28 years old, have children no more than 30 years old, prevent multiple abortions, and breastfeed after having children. 4.A harmonious and regular sex life can help reduce the occurrence of mastopathy and breast cancer. 5. If breast or armpit lumps, nipple overflow, nipple indentation, areola eczema, and skin breakdown are found, go to the hospital promptly. All adult women should have a monthly self-examination, women over 30 years old should preferably have an annual breast ultrasound examination, and women over 40 years old should have an annual mammogram and clinical physical examination!
