How to resume eating after a light fast

Currently, light fasting is not recognized by mainstream nutrition as a safe and healthy way to lose weight, so there is no standard protocol for how to resume eating after light fasting. Light fasting, the vast majority of light fasting refers to controlling calories to less than 500 calories one to three days out of the week to achieve better weight loss results. Since light fasting requires very little calorie intake, it leads to a serious lack of nutritional intake for a period of time.
