IV. Notes
We are glad that the child’s tics are under control, but we still need to remind the child and parents to pay attention to a reasonable diet in daily life, not to be picky about food, and to supplement various trace elements in a timely manner. Parents should pay attention to maintain a good state of mind and emotion, avoid excessive anxiety, do not loudly reprimand or blame the child, so as not to cause psychological burden to the child.
It is recommended that the child develop a good resting schedule, rest on time, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and do more outdoor exercises, as the child grows older, the symptoms of tic disorder will gradually ease.
V. Personal insight
Nowadays, all children are only children, and parents attach great importance to them. Because the child is an only child, the parents pay more attention to the healthy growth of the child, but the parents’ excessive anxiety, on the contrary, exerts pressure on the child, not knowing that this pressure is one of the causes of the child’s tic disorder. Therefore, having a good mood and a relaxed family environment, together with positive parental guidance, can promote the healthy growth of the affected child.
