Can B vitamins produce tryptophan

B vitamins do not produce tryptophan, but are able to participate in the conversion of tryptophan to niacin in the body.
B vitamins contain a variety of B vitamins, including vitamin B₁, vitamin B₂, niacin, vitamin B5, vitamin B₆, and vitamin B₁₂. Vitamin B is involved in key metabolic reactions in the body, usually in the form of coenzymes. For example, vitamins such as vitamin B₂, vitamin B₆, etc. can be involved in the conversion of tryptophan to niacin, but cannot produce tryptophan.
The B vitamins complement each other and are very important for maintaining normal metabolism in the body and preventing as well as treating various diseases. B vitamins can usually be obtained from food, but additional targeted supplements should only be considered if the diet does not provide for them.
