There are always eye droppings in the eyes which may be caused by physiological or pathological reasons, such as lachrymatorrhoea, dry eye and so on. 1. Physiological reasons: eye droppings mainly refer to the secretion of the human eye, when the dust in the air or long-term late night and other eye irritation, promote the secretion of the lid gland oil increase, can lead to patients with eye droppings in the corner of the eye, if not accompanied by other discomfort, generally do not need special treatment. 2.
