The method of fracture disability identification

In clinical practice, fracture is a relatively common condition. After a patient has suffered a fracture, he or she needs to undergo a disability evaluation. The specific disability evaluation method is that first of all, after a patient has suffered a fracture, he or she should be promptly seen by a medical doctor, and then a clear diagnosis is given by a professional orthopedic surgeon that there is a fracture present, which can generally be classified as grade 10. If the patient has a deformity such as rotation, angulation, or shortening of the fracture end, or if the fracture occurs within the joint, it can generally be classified as grade 9. There is also a case where the patient has a fracture and after proper treatment, the patient still has shortening of the affected limb, walking limp, and impaired functional movement of the joint, etc., which can generally be classified as grade 8. The final standard of disability identification should still be based on the national standard, because the standard promulgated by the state has legal effect. Another point to note is that the patient must go to the state-designated department for identification when doing disability identification, because the identification report issued by such department has legal effect.
