Rehabilitation training methods for stroke patients include acupuncture treatment, physical rehabilitation training, and implementation of biofeedback therapy. 1. Acupuncture treatment: Select Shenting, Shentang, and Benshen as the acupuncture points, sterilize the stainless steel millimetre needles and insert them into the acupuncture points, with an angle of about 20° between the needle and the skin of the acupuncture points. 2. Limb rehabilitation training: instruct patients to elevate or flex the lower limbs of the asymptomatic side, carry out bedside exercises, and carry out flexion and extension training of the affected limbs. Regular massage of the patient’s face, lip muscles and tongue root is needed, and the patient is instructed to strengthen the training of chewing, swallowing, standing, walking and other movements to help improve the daily behavioral ability. 3. Implementation of biofeedback therapy: during the treatment, the patient should be prompted to keep the lying position, observe the movement of contractile muscles, place the electrode plate on the contractile muscle where the disorder occurs, and use the elastic bandage to fix the electrode plate. Stroke is an important cause of disability. It is recommended that patients should consult the hospital in time when they have an attack, and after a scientific and standardized treatment program, they should actively undergo rehabilitation training under the guidance of a rehabilitation physiotherapist.
