How to take pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets

The dosage of Pantoprazole Enteric Coated Tablets for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori is 40mg once, twice a day, before meals; the dosage of Pantoprazole Enteric Coated Tablets when it is not used for Helicobacter pylori infections is 40mg once, once a day, in the morning on an empty stomach. Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets are generally used for gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, moderate to severe reflux esophagitis, and eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection. Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets are not used for the treatment of mild gastric disorders such as dyspepsia. Duodenal ulcer is usually applied for 2~4 weeks, gastric ulcer and reflux esophagitis are usually applied for 4~8 weeks, and the course of treatment should not exceed 8 weeks. Elderly people and patients with impaired renal function daily dose not more than 40mg, usually meal morning on an empty stomach, can not be chewed. Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets are contraindicated in patients who are allergic to pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets.
