What’s wrong with a piece of flesh growing out of the anus

There are several common reasons for a piece of flesh coming out of the anus: first, it could be an external hemorrhoid, which is a type of hemorrhoid located below the dentate line and is a mass of varicose veins, usually in the case of increased abdominal pressure or constipation, which can cause the hemorrhoid veins to stagnate and swell, thus coming out of the anus. If the external hemorrhoid that is prolapsing from the anus is soft in texture, it may be a connective tissue external hemorrhoid or a varicose vein external hemorrhoid. If the mass that comes out of the anus is hard, it may be an inflammatory or thrombosed external hemorrhoid, which shows as a dark purple mass at the anal verge, hard and painful to touch. Second, a piece of flesh coming out of the anus, and possibly anterior hemorrhoids caused by anal fissures. Third, it is a rectal polyp, if the polyp is located relatively low and close to the anus, it will easily come out of the anus under the stimulation of long-term stool, thus manifesting as a swelling around the anus. If you have a swelling around the anus, you should promptly perform a rectal examination, and if necessary, anoscopy can be placed to clarify the diagnosis.
