Neck pain is mostly triggered by neck fall and cervical spondylosis. In addition, a few patients can also be caused by tumors.
1. Neck pillow fall: it is mostly induced by incorrect sleeping posture, uncomfortable pillow size or height, and cold weather. The patient’s neck may have symptoms such as muscle stiffness, activity limitation and pain.
2. Cervical spondylosis: mostly triggered by osteophyte disc herniation, cervical curvature change. Patients may suffer from neck pain, muscle stiffness, difficulty in lifting the head due to compression of the nerve roots or blood vessels in the neck, in addition to tinnitus, dizziness and other conditions.
3. Tumor: including the tumor in the spinal canal and the tumor of the vertebral bone itself. For example, if cervical spine tumor occurs in the deeper position of the neck or in the spinal canal, it is not easy to be found or difficult to be found in the early stage. The pain caused by it is often not significant at the beginning, but gradually aggravated at the later stage.
If the patient has neck pain and other uncomfortable symptoms, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to find out the cause of the disease and deal with it accordingly.
