What’s wrong with wanting to have a bowel movement all the time and not having one?

The constant urge to have a bowel movement and not having one is often clinically referred to as an urge to have a bowel movement, and is caused by irritation of the rectum. The body has lesions in the rectum or outside the rectum that keep stimulating the rectal nerves, and the body will have the urge to have a bowel movement, but not when defecating. Common inflammatory conditions in the rectal tract include tumors, and inflammatory conditions outside the intestinal tract include pelvic inflammatory disease. Currently, the cause can be identified by proctoscopy and colonoscopy, and treatment can be selected. Before the cause is diagnosed, diet and lifestyle habits must pay more attention, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, do not eat spicy and stimulating food, remember to overeat. It is recommended to drink a glass of plain water in the morning on an empty stomach, while massaging the abdomen clockwise to develop a good habit of bowel movement on time. If the result shows that it is caused by gastroenteritis, it can be relieved by medication, commonly known as levofloxacin.
