4. Lung qi deficiency and cold syndrome: nasal mucus is sticky and white, nasal congestion is aggravated by wind and cold, nasal mucus increases, dizziness, fear of wind and cold, commonly used prescriptions are Warming Lung Stopping Flux Dan plus or minus, which has the effect of warming the lungs and dispersing cold to open the orifices.
5. Weakness of spleen qi: white sticky or yellow thick nasal mucus, nasal congestion is heavier, distention and fullness of the epigastrium (abdomen), dizziness, commonly used prescriptions are ginseng ling bai ju san plus or minus, have the effect of strengthening the spleen, diuresis, qi and orifices.
