Normal incisors are neatly aligned in the dental arch. An ectropion indicates that the teeth are too far forward, and depending on the severity, orthodontics or orthognathic treatment is required. 1. Orthodontic treatment. The outward curvature of teeth may be caused by malocclusion, overcrowding of teeth or bad biting habits leading to protruding front teeth, usually need orthodontic treatment, arch expansion or extraction to reduce the number of teeth aligned teeth, and inwardly retracted front teeth. 2. Orthognathic treatment. Incisor protrusion may also be due to the front part of the jaw is too protruding, if not improved by orthodontic treatment, need to cooperate with orthognathic surgery to trim, protruding alveolar bone. It is recommended to go to the hospital for oral examination and CT examination, in order to target treatment.
