Prevention of diabetes is an important part of treatment

Prevention of diabetes is an important part of diabetes treatment. Recent studies have confirmed that for every case of diabetes diagnosed, three more patients are known to be in prediabetes. When screening for diabetes, if glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose are in prediabetes, it is important to be aware, but, of course, not to be afraid and not to let down your guard. This is where very effective and clinically proven measures are needed to help patients and reduce the chance of prediabetes progressing to diabetes, the main tools of which are a combination of diet, medication, and exercise therapy. Promote a balanced diet. Regardless of the disease, a good diet plays a preventive role, so natural foods rich in fiber such as cereals, fruits, and vegetables should be preferred. Regulate your diet to avoid excessive energy intake. Control the intake of fat and cholesterol. It is not advisable to eat more food containing high cholesterol and animal fat, such as animal brain, liver, heart, lung, loin, egg yolk, fatty meat, butter, and lard of pigs and cows. Walking after meals, exercise is also a method of treating diabetes as an adjunct to drug therapy. Half an hour of exercise after meals can be selected according to age and hobbies, such as walking, medium-speed walking, radio exercises, tai chi, pedaling stairs, cycling and other exercises.
