Treatment of cerebral palsy based on “Jin San Zhen” method

  Main acupuncture point: the main acupuncture point is selected from the head specific acupuncture point of the four divine needles (Baihui point before and after the left and right side of the opening 1.5 inch a total of four needles), Zhi three needles (the junction of the front hairline and the head is the first needle, the left and right side of the opening 3 inch each needle), temporal three needles (the tip of the ear on the 2 inch for the first needle, the front and back of the opening 1 inch each needle), brain three needles (the back of the hairline is directly above the middle 2.5 inch for the first needle, the left and right side of the opening 1.5 inch each needle).  Adding and subtracting points: according to the TCM diagnosis, the hand wisdom needle (Neiguan, Shenmen, and Laogong) is added for those who are active and difficult to be still, and the foot wisdom needle is added for those who prefer to be still and less active for those who are yin (the Yongquan point is the first needle, and the midpoint of the line from the transverse line of the metatarsophalangeal joint to the heel is the second needle, also known as the Quanzhong point. Quanzhong acupuncture point is the 3rd needle to the inner side of 0.8 inch, also known as Quanzhong inner). For dysphagia and speech disorders, add tongue three needles (0.5 inch above Lianquan point for the 1st needle, also known as Shanglianquan point, and 1 inch to the left and right of Shanglianquan point for the 2nd and 3rd needles), Lianquan, Tiantu, Shenmen, Dazhong, Tongli, Shuigou, Jinjin and Yuyu; for movement disorders, add hand three needles (Quchi, Waiguan and Hegu), foot three needles (Foot Sanli, Sanyinjiao and Taichong), shoulder k, Fengshi, Fuhu, Huanjiao and Yanglingquan. For movement disorders plus liver and kidney deficiency, add Liver Yu and Kidney Yu; for heart and spleen deficiency, add Heart Yu and Spleen Yu; for phlegm stasis blocking ligaments, add Diaphragm Yu, Blood Sea and Fenglong; for neck weakness, add Tianzhu; for waist weakness, add Waist Yangguan. For heat, add Gaji; for deficiency of Yin, add Blood Sea; for internal movement of Liver Wind, add Fengchi and Xingma; for abnormal facial expression, add Zygomatic s, Di Cang, Shang Xing, Yin Tang and Baihui; for finger movement, add Eight Evil; for foot and toe movement, add Xiexi and Eight Wind.
