What is the regimen of docetaxel for breast cancer

Several regimens of docetaxel are available for breast cancer, the most common being the AC-T or AC-TH(P) regimen. The most common regimen is AC-T or AC-TH(P), which refers to four cycles of anthracycline plus cyclophosphamide followed by four cycles of docetaxel, and in case of HER-2 overexpression, trastuzumab/patuximab. In addition, docetaxel combined with cyclophosphamide and docetaxel combined with carboplatin are commonly used in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer, and there is also a neoadjuvant intensive regimen of docetaxel combined with adriamycin or epiamycin and cyclophosphamide in a three-drug regimen. It is mostly used in preparation for surgery, when the tumor and metastatic lymph nodes are expected to shrink as much as possible to improve the cure rate.
