How to tell if you’re losing your hair

To determine whether you are losing your hair, you can make a preliminary judgment by observing the hairline, hair on the top of the head, and hand grasping and pulling the hair test and three other methods.
1. Observe the hairline: usually pay attention to observe whether your hairline is shifted backward and whether it forms an M-shaped angle.
2. Top of the head hair: usually observe whether the hair on the top of the head is reduced, whether the top of the head is exposed and so on.
3. Hand grasp and pull hair test: use your hand to grab about 100 roots of hair and pull it, if the hair that falls out is not more than 10, then it belongs to the normal hair loss; if it is more than 10, it means that it may be the phenomenon of alopecia areata, and so on.
There are other ways to determine whether you have hair loss, need to be based on the specific circumstances of the doctor, improve the examination to clarify whether the pathologic alopecia, in accordance with the doctor’s instructions to give targeted treatment or standardized treatment.
