How to get rid of acne on both sides of your mouth

Acne is divided into whiteheads (closed acne) and blackheads (open acne), the former is yellow sebaceous keratin, while the latter is caused by oxidation of the sebaceous plugs; acne on both sides of the mouth can be removed through general treatment, topical medications, and complementary therapies.
1. General treatment: Choose water or suitable cleansing products to remove excess oil, dander and bacterial mixtures on the skin surface, pay attention to oil control and moisturizing, and use mild moisturizing milk externally. Avoid squeezing and scratching the skin lesions with hands. Limit the intake of high glycemic index foods and milk that may trigger or aggravate acne, keep bowel movement smooth, and avoid staying up all night.
2. Topical medication: Adapalene and other retinoids can be used externally, azelaic acid and benzoyl peroxide can also be used externally to remove acne.
3. Adjunctive treatment: the contents of acne can be squeezed out with an acne squeezer; chemical peeling therapy can also be used as an adjunctive treatment, and common peeling agents include: fruit acid, salicylic acid, hydroxyacetic acid and so on.
