Children’s qi deficiency sweating (involuntary sweating during the day, a little movement sweating aggravated) belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine “sweating evidence”, through appropriate exercise to enhance the physical conditioning of the body, but also can be used to take medicines (such as taking Jade Screen Fung San), massage and other methods of treatment.
1. Appropriate exercise: children with qi deficiency and spontaneous sweating should participate in outdoor exercise to enhance their physical fitness and minimize the appearance of uncomfortable symptoms.
2. Internal medication: If the symptoms are characterized by deficiency of the epidermis (weakness of the muscle surface leading to abnormal sweating out), the general treatment is to take Yupingfeng San to strengthen the epidermis and restrain sweating.
3. Tui Na: Children can also relieve self-sweating due to Qi deficiency through Tui Na, which includes tonifying the spleen meridian, kneading the top of the kidney, and pushing and tonifying the kidney meridian.
It should be noted that, if the child is not feeling well, parents are advised to take the child to the doctor in time, do not blindly use medication to prevent aggravation of the condition.
