After surgery for follicular thyroid cancer, the survival status is based on the patient’s stage. Generally speaking, as you may know, the earlier the stage, the longer the survival time, and the later the stage, the shorter the survival time. For early stage patients, especially for stage I to II patients, our 10-year survival rate should be very high, reaching more than 95%, and the 20-year survival rate can reach about 78%, which means it should not have a great impact on the quality of life of these early stage patients after surgery, but for some advanced patients, the time of life will be greatly reduced. Depending on the condition of each patient, this is generally more difficult to assess.
