What to do if the heart is not completely closed

Incomplete closure of the heart includes two conditions: 1. congenital incomplete closure, such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus and complex heart disease, such as tetralogy of Fallot, which requires corresponding atrial septal or ventricular septal defect repair, ligation of patent ductus arteriosus, and orthopedic surgery of French IV, so as to achieve normal closure of the heart and maintain normal life activities. 2. acquired factors such as Hypertension, rheumatic fever, tissue metabolic diseases leading to heart valve closure insufficiency, including aortic valve, mitral valve, tricuspid valve, pulmonary valve closure insufficiency. For patients with mild valvular insufficiency without uncomfortable clinical symptoms, no special treatment is needed and regular observation and follow-up is required. For patients with moderate or severe valvular insufficiency with symptoms of heart failure, treatment is needed to address the cause, and patients should be given cardiac and diuretic therapy, and valve repair or replacement should be given to patients according to their condition and if they meet the indications for surgery.
