How to express breast milk

The breast milk can be expressed by hand, the use of breast pumps. 1. hand extrusion: the specific method is the thumb and the rest of the four fingers relative to each other, C-shaped maneuver to hold the breast, put the hand on the nipple root to extend outward about 2cm. The basic principle of any milking lies in stimulating the release of milk, allowing it to flow from the milk ducts to the small holes in the nipple and then expressing it. When you are unable to breastfeed or if your milk is rising, you can express the milk by hand or with a breast pump, milking for 15 minutes on each breast, alternating between the two sides.
