Do you need to pee in the morning to urinate erythrocytes?

Urine erythrocyte profile does not necessarily need to be taken in the morning, but it is recommended that it be taken in the morning if possible. Morning urine is more accurate, as it is easier to detect after the overnight concentration of the urine, which has more relevant components in it. Urine erythrocyte phase is able to make a decision on whether the red blood cells in the urine are homogeneous or non-homogeneous. Non-homogeneous hematuria is often indicative of glomerular disease, while non-homogeneous hematuria is indicative of non-glomerular disease, which often refers to problems outside of the kidneys, such as urinary stones, tumors, or infections of the urinary tract.
