How to drink water with incense

Incense can be directly brewed under the guidance of a physician, the specific dosage and the combination should consult the doctor. However, the effect of infusion is limited, generally does not play a therapeutic role, it is recommended to switch to the decoction of the way to take. Disease treatment should be taken under the guidance of a physician.
The nature of incense is pungent, bitter, slightly warm. Attributed to the spleen, stomach, kidney meridian. Shenxiang has the effects of moving qi to relieve pain (by regulating the body’s qi to relieve pain), warming the stomach to stop vomiting (by warming the spleen and stomach to treat vomiting caused by stomach cold), and absorbing qi to calm asthma (by astringing the qi to alleviate coughing and wheezing).
Shenxiang is used for chest and abdominal distension and pain, vomiting and retching (hiccups) caused by stomach cold, and asthma caused by kidney deficiency. Shenxiang has different effects when used with different medicines. Shenxiang is pungent and warm, so it should be taken with caution for those who are suffering from dryness and fire, or those who are suffering from five heartburns and heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and conscious of the heart and chest), and those who are conscious of qi subsidence or prolapse of the internal organs.
Decoction is more effective. When decocting sedum, it must be put down later, i.e. when other medicines are about to be decocted, then put sedum in, so as not to make the decoction ineffective after too long a period of time. It should be used under the guidance of a professional Chinese medicine practitioner, and should not be used arbitrarily by oneself.
