Cerebral infarction leg pain

Cerebral infarction leg pain may be caused by excessive exercise, muscle spasm, thalamic infarction, deep vein thrombosis and so on. 1. Excessive exercise: in order to promote the functional recovery of the lower limbs, patients with cerebral infarction may suffer from leg pain due to the increase of local metabolites such as lactic acid as a result of excessive exercise. 2. Muscle spasm: after cerebral infarction, there is a decrease in muscle strength, resulting in movement disorders, and patients with poor recovery function may experience muscle spasm in the legs, which may lead to leg pain. 3. Thalamic infarction: if the part of the patient is thalamus, thalamus is the sensory nerve fiber center of human body, thalamic infarction will be manifested as pain in the limbs, in addition to numbness of the limbs and other symptoms. 4. Deep vein thrombosis: Cerebral infarction patients may lead to deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs due to limb inactivity and lack of exercise. It can be manifested as venous varicose, lower limb pain and so on. If the patient has severe leg pain, or the symptoms persist and do not get better, he should go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause and carry out targeted treatment.
