Yinlingquan: This point is located in the lower leg in the depression between the lower edge of the medial tibial condyle and the medial edge of the tibia, has the effect of strengthening the spleen and seeping dampness, activating the meridians and benefiting the kidneys to regulate the menstruation, the body’s dampness caused by lethargy and fatigue, dysuria (urination), etc. can be relieved by moxibustion of this point.
