Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is one of the most common types of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which is mainly treated with chemotherapy and combined with radiotherapy, targeted therapy and surgery. The methods are as follows: 1. Chemotherapy: targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy is the basic treatment, and at present, international guidelines recommend that for CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Merovate combined with CHOP program is the standard first-line treatment; for the early stage of patients, 4-6 cycles of chemotherapy can be given; for the late stage of patients, 6-8 cycles of chemotherapy should be given; 2. Surgery: for the early stage of patients, the purpose of surgery is to obtain the pathology and clarify the diagnosis. For patients with complications, such as perforation of digestive tract and enlargement of spleen, which leads to reduction of whole blood cells, surgical treatment can alleviate the symptoms and remove the complications; 3. Radiotherapy: it belongs to the more important means of treatment, for early diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, local radiotherapy can be taken after chemotherapy to achieve the purpose of consolidation and maintenance; 4. Stem cell transplantation: for advanced recurrent refractory high-risk lymphoma, stem cell transplantation should be adopted.
