Interferon injection can usually be used to assist in the treatment of leukemia, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, multiple myeloma and other diseases, if the number of lymphocytes increases after injection of this product, it is necessary to use the drug with caution, and at the same time, chemotherapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and so on. 1. Leukemia: usually used in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, if the injection of interferon in this disease leads to the increase of lymphocyte number, the drug should be stopped in time, and at the same time, chemotherapy should be carried out, clinically available chemotherapeutic drugs include vincristine, cyclophosphamide and so on. 2. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma: it is a common malignant tumor of lymphohaematopoietic tissues. If the injection of interferon leads to the increase of lymphocyte count, the drug should be stopped and chemotherapy should be given at the same time, and the drugs include cyclophosphamide, vinblastine, rituximab and so on. 3. Multiple myeloma: this kind of patients are not suitable for long-term injection of interferon, so as not to cause the lymphocyte count to continue to increase; at present, chemotherapy can be given to alleviate the patient’s symptoms, for example, Adriamycin, Bortezomib, Dexamethasone, Cyclophosphamide, Lenalidomide and so on. Interferon injection, such as allergic to the components of the product, or liver and kidney insufficiency, need to be prohibited; during the use of the drug, such as increased lymphocyte counts and other adverse reactions need to be used with caution, and if necessary, need to be discontinued as soon as possible; in order to alleviate the discomfort of the use of the drug should be carried out under the guidance of a physician to avoid unauthorized use of the drug.
