If the numbness symptoms do not subside for a long time, you can consider pathological factors such as cerebrovascular lesions, diabetes, nerve compression, etc. Exercise can only play a role in relieving the symptoms, can not cure the disease. It is recommended that patients consult a doctor in time, under the guidance of a professional doctor for treatment, to avoid the adverse consequences.
